Responsibilities
- M&E Activities: Supervise and guide Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for CSU projects.
- Tool Development: Oversee creation of M&E tools focusing on activities, results, and risks.
- Capacity Building: Train and mentor staff and partners in M&E activities.
- Evaluation Plans: Update and share evaluation plans regularly.
- Collaboration: Work with PSU and MEAL Coordinator on the CO’s monitoring system.
- UN Engagement: Participate in joint UN monitoring missions and evaluations.
- Documentation: Share good practices and lessons learned.
- Feedback: Collect and integrate feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders.
Reporting and Communication:
- Compile donor reports.
- Provide inputs for materials requested by various stakeholders.
- Supervise and support Implementing Partners (IP) in data collection and reporting.
- Document and share success stories for communication purposes.
- Contribute to event preparations and seek funding sources.
Project Development Support:
- Identify new project opportunities.
- Develop results matrices and monitoring sections for proposals.
- Participate in relevant meetings and working groups.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Master’s degree in relevant fields with 5 years of experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience.
- Experience:
- Project conceptualization, development, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Capacity-building activities.
- Liaison with authorities and institutions.
- Organizing high-level stakeholder events.
- Skills:
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Independent work capability.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Financial and business administration familiarity.
- Understanding of migration issues and donor requirements.
Languages:
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
