Skills and Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Proficient in English.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Experience with HR metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strong leadership and strategy skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
