The FXR Torque X Prime Electric Shield Helmet is a snowmobile helmet engineered for riders who operate in extreme cold and backcountry terrain. The electrically heated dual-layer face shield connects via included power cord to eliminate fogging during sub-zero rides, while the integrated drop-down sun-shade manages bright conditions without glove removal. Built with a lightweight advanced polymer alloy shell and dual-density EPS liner for impact protection. The shield features anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings, UV filtering, and lock and seal technology. Meets DOT FMVSS 218 safety standards. Weight is 1670+/-50g for both DOT and ECE certified versions. The aerodynamic peak reduces lift and drag at high speeds. Quick-release buckle system allows easy adjustments, and the adjustable breath box helps manage airflow and moisture.
