Job Overview As the Fun Coordinator, you will manage the play center to ensure a safe, fun, and exceptional experience for everyone. This role involves staff management, operations, marketing, customer service, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and train a team of friendly, caring staff.
- Develop innovative play activities and events.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Handle cash, budgets, inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Analyze revenue and implement improvement strategies.
- Supervise children and manage minor injuries.
- Maintain high standards in operations, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the main contact for parent inquiries and feedback.
- Build connections with local families, schools, and community groups.
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in family entertainment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Experience working with children and in hospitality.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about making children’s dreams come true.
- Clean criminal record.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a safe, clean environment.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Female applicants preferred.
