Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
Type: Full-Time (1-year contract, potential for extension)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to boost Hadiid’s brand, drive sales, and achieve business goals through smart marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Create and implement a marketing plan to boost brand awareness and market share.
  • Set marketing goals aligned with our business strategy.

Brand Management

  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to spot opportunities and trends.
  • Analyse competitors and market conditions for strategic decisions.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
  • Track expenses and report on budget performance.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing & sales team.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Build relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing with business goals.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee website and social media initiatives.
  • Use data analytics to improve marketing effectiveness.

Content Creation

  • Ensure high-quality, on-brand content creation.
  • Maintain consistency in style, quality, and tone.

Public Relations

  • Develop PR strategies to enhance Hadiid’s public image.
  • Manage media relations and act as a spokesperson when needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s or MBA preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years in marketing, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Odoo CRM, Sales, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Survey, and website modules preferred.
